Referring to the above subject, DHA notes all health facilities regarding the Circular issued by the MOHAP for information and adhere to what is stated

• Safety alerts from using the Nutritional supplements Bluefusion Capsules
• Safety Alerts for the medical device enFlow fluid warming system disposable Cartridge
• Safety alerts for the medical products APO- Losartan & PMS-Losartan Tablet
• Withdrawal one batch from the medical device Transseptal Needle Lot No 8833687
• Withdrawal one batch from the Pharmaceutical product Sodium Bicarbonate 325mg
• Withdrawal two batch’s for the Pharmaceutical product Extraneal Peritoneal Dialysis
